Access to your personal information

We will also de-identify and destroy the personal information we hold about you once our legal obligations cease. Our security procedures are reviewed from time to time and we update them when relevant.

It is possible that third parties not under the control of Crosby Dalwood may be able to access or intercept transmissions or private communications without Crosby Dalwood’s permission or knowledge. We will not adopt as our own, any government identifiers you may provide to us such as TFNs etc.

Competition and Consumer Act

Delivery of Physical Goods
Crosby Dalwood uses Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies to delivery physical goods.
Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 2 and 14 days, depending on the delivery company chosen. Crosby Dalwood is not responsible for goods that are either damaged in transit or not received. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of Crosby Dalwood Pty Ltd.
Returns and Refunds
Crosby Dalwood handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method you made payment. Refund payments may take up to 7 business days to be received. Refunds are made at the discretion of Crosby Dalwood Pty Ltd.
